Training and Coaching

Once the objectives, needs and desires of a client have been established by the trainer/coach and the client, the training begins. The training involves learning and practicing new ways of living  that will replace ways that are no longer beneficial or may even be hindering. The  trainer/coach will carefully guide the client through the training process with support, encouragement and motivation.

A program has been developed to help guide the trainer/coach and the client through the growth change process. The tools help to make this process more efficient and effortless. Through the process the client is provided with constant, objective, real time feedback.

The trainer/coach has also been coached and trained with these same tools. This experience is necessary and is a requirement so that he or she can provide the compassion, understanding, support and encouragement that the client may need as they go through this process. The trainer practices what he preaches.

This training that can help people to develop a way of living that they can incorporate into their daily or professional lives. These ways do not necessarily over shadow, over power, control or over whelm ones life. It becomes something that is effortless and becomes automatic and thus improves one’s life.
